LolSnaps.com reached over 58 million visits in 2011, up from 29 million in 2010 and we look forward to continued growth in 2012 and beyond.

Our mission to to scour the internet for the best in funny pictures and videos. We don’t do this with some kind of technology widget that creates picture dumps for visitors to trudge through, but instead we go from website to website (and there are thousands!) looking for the funniest stuff on the web. We believe our efforts create a singularly awesome website where visitors can enjoy Funny, Fascinating, and Inspiring content.

But our website visitors want more...and we need your help.

LolSnaps.com is searching for a few great content specialists. We are looking for 2-3 people to locate and post 10-15 funny, fascinating, and inspiring pictures and videos every single day. Your relationship with Lolsnaps.com will be on a contractor basis and will afford you the flexibility and freedom you want while providing an opportunity to earn money doing something that brings a smile to millions of people around the globe.

Your work will entail scouring the internet for humorous and timely images and videos, writing titles, captions, and descriptions. You’ll need a sense of humor and will be very familiar with the the LolSnaps.com site. You’ll have solid English grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills and will be a stickler for detail and efficiency. You’ll be web and tech savvy with some competence around basic picture editing (advanced picture editing competency is a plus). Finally, you’ll have expertise in efficiently visiting dozens of websites to choose the best pictures and videos to submit to the LolSnaps.com website for visitor consumption.

During 2012, we plan to launch additional websites and are looking for people interested in growing into additional opportunities.

The Content Specialist (Contractor) is not a staff position and offers no company benefits. You will be an independent contractor and will be paid a modest fee ($3.00 USD) for each post accepted to the website with additional fees to be paid based on the number of page views garnered by your post. If you have a day job, keep it...this won’t pay all the bills. But with the opportunity to earn up to $5.00 USD per post and the continued growth of the LolSnaps.com website and related properties, we believe there is exciting financial potential. As a matter of reference, past experience has shown that a person will spend approximately 1-3 hours locating the 10-15 funny pictures and videos from a range of websites.
